The history of Gullane No. 1 Course stretches back to 1884. Carved into the ancient links turf, pot bunkers, wispy grasses and smooth-running greens, the course is a unique challenge for the serious golfer.

Voted the No. 17 course in all of Scotland by Golf Digest (2018), the No. 1 Course is recognized as having one of the best holes in the world, with the spectacular Par-5 third overlooking the Firth of Forth.
